WORLD AMATEUR TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP FOR THE EISENHOWER TROPHY

Wales competed in this Championship for the first time in 2002 at the Saujana Golf & Country Club in Malaysia.

The Championship is played for biennially by members of the International Golf Federation (IGF). Prior to 2002 Great Britain & Ireland competed in the Eisenhower Trophy and Wales were represented on two occasions by Bradley Dredge (1994) and Jamie Donaldson (2000).
